A Contract between the customer and Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched (at which point the buyers credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods despatched, plus postage where appropriate). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Transfer
You may not transfer your rights and/or delegate your duties under these Terms and Conditions to any other person.

Your Right to Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days (except any postage costs incurred by Salonstuff.co.uk Limited). All cancelled items must be returned to us in the manner set out below and which must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Returns Policy
If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd, accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd the goods are deemed faulty.

Consent
Your use of this website signifies your consent to the collection processing and use of personal information by us for the purpose of administering and dealing with your order or account, market research, processing your payments, credit/debit reference checking and fraud detection, and for marketing. Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this site.

Stock, Delivery Time and charges

Stock
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current internet range. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted as you attempt to order the item. We will not take payment for stock we do not have.

All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect)

UK Delivery Charges

Please note we currently only have the facility to ship products to UK MAINLAND addresses.

Normal Delivery times are 3-4 working days (Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.30pm) However we do where possible attempt to dispatch goods Next Day

Delivery is included in the price of most of our items. Where delivery is not included, a price will be shown for delivery separately.

Additional Courier charges may apply for the following areas Scottish Highlands & Scottish Offshore Northern Ireland & Isle of Man Channel Isles Isles of Scilly

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please Note. In the event that our couriers are unable to deliver your goods due to there being no one available at the delivery address stated on your order. A card will be left indicating that a second attempt will be made the following day (assuming that it is within the normal delivery days Monday to Friday). If our couriers are unable to deliver a second time, a second card will be left. At this point, the goods are returned to us and a new delivery charge (at the current rate) will be charged for any further delivery. This charge also applies to change of address details after we have shipped the goods.

Delivery charges are not refundable in the event that no one was available to accept the delivery.

Return a Product

Making Returns
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund to you. You may return products personally by visiting our store; this will not attract any charge.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

At Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd we aim to give an immaculate service. Obviously this extends to instances where, for whatever reason, you feel that you would like to send your goods back for an exchange or refund. Please read the following carefully.

• If you are not happy with your Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd goods please return them to us within 7 days of receipt


• We will be happy to make an exchange or refund, providing the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.


• We strongly recommend you obtain a 'Certificate of Posting' from the post office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.


• We will only refund the costs of postage (to a maximum of £5.95) where the item returned is deemed faulty by Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd.

Important

• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference.


• If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be required.


• All items that are exchanged will attract a new delivery charge at the current rate.


• Only replacement Items deemed faulty by Salonstuff.co.uk Ltd will be sent to you free of P&P charges.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed

Methods of Payment

We currently accept payment by personal or business cheque, CASH, Paypal or BACS. If paying by cheque or BACS, goods may not be despatched until payment has been cleared. Cheques should be made payable to "Salonstuff.co.uk". Please ensure your Order Ref and address is written on the rear of your cheque.
